NHS Staff Wellbeing Programme
I created and led a free weekly creative wellbeing programme for NHS staff during the pandemic, running three online sessions a week, which grew into a funded initiative with a public exhibition at Brighton Jubilee Library — leading to further commissions designing wellbeing workshops for NHS teams and staff away days.

The Hera Project
Since 2020, I have facilitated creative wellbeing sessions for The Hera Project (Robin Hood Health Foundation), working with adults referred through social prescribing and GP surgeries — including a long-running group for vulnerable adults, and sessions for St Patrick's Homeless Shelter, Teens during the pandemic and Voices in Exile.

Figment Arts Studio
I've supported Figment Arts' open studio - the organisation's core offering - helping neurodivergent artists thrive, explore, develop, and do art on their own terms, alongside also delivering workshops for Amaze and Aspen.

Creative Club | Port Stories
At Eastbrook Manor Community Centre, I supported listening consultations with local residents - used to create a visual mind-map of what people wanted from their community centre. Also ran a weekly art group - printing, pottery, cyanotype, photography - culminating in a collaborative artwork about the local area, exhibited at Nautilus House, Shoreham Port, and showing again at Marlipins Museum from August 2026.

Creative Mentoring
I offer one-to-one creative mentoring for anyone looking to rediscover or build a creative practice — including autistic and ADHD adults referred through Access to Work agencies. I have worked with This Is Me, and Celebrate Difference, as well as private clients - helping people structure their time, build confidence, and develop a sustainable creative practice, shaped entirely around their own pace and goals.

Creative Wellbeing for ADHD Minds
A new group for people with ADHD begins in September, delivered through The Hera Project — exploring how creative practice can support focus, calm and confidence for busy minds. The aim is to introduce simple creative tools people can carry beyond the sessions, supporting their wellbeing.

SEN Creative Support
I have worked as an Art & Wellbeing Facilitator in the SEN Department at BACA and supported the SEN department at Hove Junior and St Andrews - running creative sessions with students going through challenging times, using art to build confidence, focus and emotional regulation.

Visual Minutes
Attended conferences to turn discussion into illustrated visual summaries, shared with attendees to capture and communicate key themes - a creative way to make meetings and events more memorable, helping audiences absorb and reflect on what's been shared - has included events for Creative Health, Possibility People and Changing Futures.
